Netflix sign up

I just discovered that it's not as easy as you think it actually is to sign on for Netfli.,they say,l it's easy but wham.... I doubt even the 14 day free happens. All my cards do not register, or am I just not allowed on neflix. May I know why? Anybody else with the same problem?
