Netflix really hate their customers, won't let them update their payment methods!

<p>I have been trying to pay for another month of viewing on netflix and they won't let me update my payment details!!!!!! Imagine that! refusing to let a customer pay by another method?! I live in South Africa so am used to poor service, but netflix take it to another level....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
