Netflix is tops

I had a problem with my Netflix where it was suddenly blocked. I phoned the call centre , the call was answered promptly and I could understand the consultants English and she explained exactly what I needed to do to correct the problem Everything back to normal in a matter of minutes. The best call centre experience I have ever had.
