Netflix is ridiculous

When there is no funds available in your account they put the subscription on hold and continue to try to detuct the funds in the end chasing your account in a minus of over a R100 and the results is that my bank account is placed on hold preventing me to be able to use my salary being paid into my account resulting me to struggle to get my bank account fixed and unable to buy food for my house. Their response not their problem well done I canceled my subscription completely
