Netflix is a ****

I opened an account with Netflix on the 30th January 2022, they charged me R199. It was supposed to be free for the first 14 days! I started downloading, the last time I downloaded was on Thursday (03 February) Today (Friday 04 February) When I wanted to watch them, they disappeared there's nothing on my downloads. I tried to talk to them and they said I should re download! Using data again!!! I deactivated my account no refund... it has only been 5 days. Netflix is a ****.
