Netflix has lost the plot

What is going on with Netflix. Who is writing, directing and editing their films. Story lines are pathetic, sound track is usually so bad you cannot hear the vocals, movies are 2 hours long with no ending. Series just stop with no ending, or follow up season arrive two years later when the interest is lost and you have forgotten what the story is about. The Witcher series for example is a circus, totally destroyed by idiots. House of dynamite 2 hours of ******* with no end. STOP waiting my time!
