Netflix disapproval

I’m writing this review in virtue of Netflix being inconsiderate and unprofessional. I cancelled my membership last month and they still took money from my account. This time around they did the same thing. I’ve had 2 withdrawals from my account in which I don’t understand because I had cancelled. I’m beyond appalled,please look into this matter with urgency.
