Netflix deducted my CC even though I cancelled my membership

I joined on the 11 Nov on one month trial . Then learnt that there is no fibre kn my area. K wrote a cancellation email, but on the 12 .12.2019 they deducted subscription fee from.me. I tried to call yel not reachable, emailed no response, tried to cancel on my account nothing happens . I am disgusted by the ****************
