Netflix debiting honoring fee

I cancelled my service with Netflix on the 16 January as I am being charged an honoring fee and received an email to confirm that my service will be cancelled by the 11/02, however an honoring fee of R100 went off January as well as February. I emailed *** which is undeliverable & *** I receive no response This is not acceptable that I'm being charged when i cancelled my services.
