Netflix Cancelations atrocious

I have now canceled my subscription 3 times and yet still money gets taken out of my account, I lost my employment and cannot afford it. I had to go hungry as I am 71 years old and every month it is deducted from my account, this is now ridiculous they took it out of my account again yesterday and I now gave to beg for food ****** ridiculous went to buy my weekly food only to get told no money available, WHAT DO I DO TO GET THIS THEFT STOPPED
