Netflix

We try to go and register on Netflix but didn't come right because we put our banking details in, till today we can't go in at all and every month they take R169 and R99 on a debit order for 3months now, we call them one day and as my husband gave his I'd number they couldn't find anything. We went to bank in week to go and blocked them and today again they took R169 again. Can someone please give us advise with this....
