Netflix

For the past number of years, I used to be very happy with Netflix. All of a sudden from 3 weeks ago I cannot watch anything on Netflix. I get a black screen with no sound. I have been in touch with a number of people. They try to tell me that I need to use Chrome to sign in. I have NEVER used Chrome on my pc. Netflix cannot fix the problem.
