Netflix *****

On the 25th of September Netflix took it by themselves to deduct R199 from my account without my consent and I decided to cancel my subscription with them and then told I will only be reimbursed in 30 days. They ****** money out of my account without my concent and now I will only be reimbursed in 30 days if I would receive my monies back??? I only did payment from my side once and they took it on themselves to deduct money from my account without my permission.
