Misleading the public, false advertising of their product

Shame on Netflix! Signed up for a "30 days no-risk hassle-free" trial, just to see this morning they took money off my account. I did a live webchat to query this, and the operator said on his side a popup comes up saying the free trial is not available in my country. I am so disappointed and I told him this saying I would not have subscribed if it said the free trial was not available in my country (I NEVER got that claimed popup on my side!) and how disappointed I am and that I am going to cancel the subscription, only to get the reply: "Glad to be of help. Have a good day." I can only think they are making their pound of flesh out of a worldwide lockdown period where other companies such as audible are giving free ebooks. Netflix doesn't even have new content, not worth it
