Misleading advertising

Good Day, one of my family members just registered for a free one month subscription with Netflix, However this was not the case, the advertisment said one month free however the full subscription had been deducted. According to the agent at Netflix the offer is no longer available in our country. Nowhere on the website does it state that the offer has been removed, It is not the point of paying for it but the lies that are advertised. The person I spoke to was trying to be very helpful, but that didnt solve the problem.
