I'm part of an house...

I'm part of an household where the person that's register on Netflix is a completely different person that pays for it and she adds people not part of the household... And now that I'm part of that household, I'm thrown off and can't even create my own account... So this system seems like it's failing some of us with this new regulations and it limits one... Fix it to create a better system...
