First-time Netflix User Review

Started using Netflix recently so don't have much experience with their services. No problems so far. Good enough if you're not comparing it to other content platforms. Noticed a number of negative reviews regarding service cancellation and additional deductions but since I'm not there yet, can't comment on the cancellation process.
