Extra charges

I quote from their site: "Watch Netflix on your smartphone, tablet, Smart TV, laptop, or streaming device, all for one fixed monthly fee. Plans range from R 49 to R 199 a month. No extra costs, no contracts."

I took the R199 package, have a deduction of R199 on the 27th. Which I expect, then a day later I get a R3.98 charge. This is an extra charge or fee!
