Don't use TV to view Netflix if on holiday!!!

The fact that they cannot reset the household IP address is a huge issue. My son signed in to a smart TV while on holiday elsewhere and now it's kicked the whole family out of the account. Useless company if they cannot fix this! Cancelled my family account.
