Deduction for cancelled acc

I cancelled my subscription 2 months ago they said it was cancelled but it's still debiting from my account and I have no services. The reason I cancelled in the first place because they where charging me double the amount for 1 package I can't change my banking details because of the lockdown but either they give me the services or refund my money that they have been taking for nothing. I need some help if somebody can.
