CANCELLING NETFLIX DEBIT TO BANKING ACCOUNT

I have been trying to cancel my Netflix subscription, but I am having difficulty. I cannot find any contact details, and the email address they use does not get a response. My bank informed me that I cannot place a stop on the debit because I need to resolve this issue with the company directly. However, the company is not accessible. Despite this, I continue to receive notices stating that they cannot access my bank account, yet debits are still being deducted from it. Please be very careful when signing up online; THE CLAIM THAT YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME IS NOT TRUE.
