Cancellation of my Netflix Account

I want to cancel my Netflix account and get a refund but there is no email address or contact number and when you go on the app to your account page it says sorry you cannot access your account. I WANT TO CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

How will I let them know if there is no email address, in this day and age a big company like this does not have an email address that you can communicate with.....
