Billing problems

Series and movies are good don't have an issue there but my billing has been a problem for the last 6 months they bill me twice a month after canceling the membership and calling them i did get my money refunded but then it happened again i spent the whole day on the phone with 3 different people as the debit went off 3 times in one day so i cancelled it again and now waiting for another refund!
