Be aware of Netflix

I cancelled my account with Netflix months ago, but they stole R59.44 out of my FNB account on 11 December 2020. This is totally unacceptable. Their claim " Netflix is flexible. There are no pesky contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account online in two clicks. There are no cancellation fees – start or stop your account anytime" is just not true it seems. They still take your money even if you don't use their service.
