Bad service

My Netflix jas stopped working since thursday.payment has been made for the month and now we cannot watch but we paid. I have tried logging on to log a complaint but it doesnt eveb wanna load on my browser. We go on and select a movie and it just loads. What a **** so it doesnt work but i cannot reach out to the help center aswell.
