Problem with withdrawal

So it looks like I join the list of others that also experienced issues on this site. I did a withdrawal to my bank account on the 7th of January 2021, today is the 15th of January 2021. I was told to wait 5 business initially for the funds to reflect, if nothing then to contact support, which I did today. Now I get told to wait another 10 business days and to contact support again if nothing is reflecting.
