NETELLER & Vivian You

Mr Vivian John Young (a buyer from my Gumtree & Marketplace ads) instructed me to open a Neteller account in order to arrange a Shoprite courier to collect the items. I was instructed to make a cash sent payment of R1250 to secure the pick up. The second payment R1480 was because the buyer "mistakenly" chose the wrong Provence. I have loads of emails from Neteller and Mr Young. I have a copy of Mr Young's ID document and his email address. I also have a cellphone number which was supposedly the courier driver.
