Neteller is *******!!!

Money was paid into my account at NETELLER by Skrill about a year ago!! R3500.00

I sent all my documents to Neteller, but they refuse to accept my proof of residence! Our municipality is bankrupt and do not have the paper or ink to print the right utility bills any more.

I send Neteller the proof of residence the municipality gave me, but they refuse to except it and closed my account!

There is no way I can get in touch with Netter!!! And the hold on to my money!!!

They ignore all my emails!!
