Neteller being unprofessional

So recently i opened a neteller account and deposited money into my neteller wallet however when i try and use the money in my neteller account it keeps declining and i verified my account with neteller...i have sent them numerous emails asking why it keeps declining and nobody responds all they do is send u an email saying your query has been logged but nobody gets back to u. Also i emailed them on numerous occasions that i would like to close my account but inorder for me to close my account i need to transfer the money in my wallet out of my neteller account but it doesnt allow me to...i would like somebody who is employed by neteller to get back to me coz this is really ridiculous and unprofessional from a well established company
