Neteller and Skrill is the worst!

No customer service at all. I tried opening a Neteller account and at first they emailed and said my account is verified. When trying to log in it said account restricted, more verification docs needed. Good I send more verification docs and all off a sudden account is now totally closed. Email again from Neteller that I should try registering with a different email. Good I did that too! Account permanently closed. It seems that it is impossible to open an account with them and the customer service is non existent. I do online stock market trading and one of the brokers that i use (octafx) works through Neteller and Skrill for transactions. Now I am sitting with a trading account that I deposited money into and actually grown the account by over 500% and i cant withdraw my money thanks to Neteller. I tried with Skrill and the same issue! Seems Neteller and Skrill is one entity!
