Funds still not received

I have received the worst service from Neteller. I have registered with Neteller and uploaded all necessary documents for verification and to date i still have not received my funds ive been taken from pillar to post ant still im not assisted. Is Neteller trying to **** me. All their consultants give me different stories even ask for my password. Is a password not private? Im am beyond livid this the worst service ever.
