Account frozen!!!!

I’ve registered with them as they seemed to be popular.

I’ve deposited funds into my account under the email ********** and account ID: ********** 39982

I’ve tried to purchase an itunes gift card online and emailed them once from my other email address **********

The purchase failed and my account was blocked and I was informed to log in to normalize it. If I log in there’s no such option.

They wanted ID verification which I did and uploaded my ID etc but up to know they have not verified my ID and I cannot use the account.

I’ve sent them an email from my registered email address and included my account ID to resolve this issue. This was a couple of days back without any response at all.

The service is pathetic and with all do respect it seems like they’ve just tried to ***** my money or **** me, I mean this nicely. I don’t know who to turn to so therefore I write the review to warn others. This is not the kind of service expected if you are a client. Shame on you, literally!
