Disappointing And ********* Business Conduct

It is very unfortunate that we had to come to this platform and publicly name and shame Netcom Trading CC for it's unpleasant business conduct with our company Toner Town Express SA Pty Ltd.

After having built a relationship with Stanley Mdakane owner of Netcom Trading CC and have been supplying him with stock as a reseller to other organizations, successfully without fail providing him with our best service.

Our last business transaction with his company was 13/05/2022 and we been patiently waiting for the remaining funds due to our company for services provided...the owner and his wife(business partner) would ignore all forms of communication from us demanding with is due to us. We had one of our legal representatives contacted them and they responded promising to settle the amount but only a portion was paid and they yet again continue to ignore communication from us.

The company currently owes R13750.00 of which till this day we have not received.

It is people like this who make it fairly difficult for business relationships to be sustained as we had to carry a financial burden of paying of accounts for the stock that was supp**** to them without pay with the understanding of the timeframe it takes for them to receive payouts from government institutions after supplying what is required. The company long received the payout and now is refusing to pay us for our services rendered.

We are publicly making it known that we are not going to let this slide and that you have 48hours to act before legal actions are taken upon you.
