No delivery

I had ordered a Kidswheels 12V 3 Series Ride On Car - Red for my son, as his birthday was on December 21, the car was delivered way in advance of his birthday, on the eve of his birthday I took the car out of the box to charge it before he had to ride it, Unfortunately the car did not charge, resulting in me having to return it. I contacted SA Scooters and they were gracious and courteous enough to initiate an exchange, so they organised to have the car picked up and a new charged and assembled one would be brought to us.
