Netcash Xero app is non functional, STAY FAR AWAY

Pathetic service! Netcash Xero application has been down for the entire week and no integration is taking place.

On Tuesday Bennie Bester assisted in uploading a payment batch. He is on leave today and no-one at Xero has any idea on how to assist me, which means we missed a payment run. In fact Carl Simmadari, Theresa Scott and two IT experts were dumbfounded by my request that Bennie Bester actioned on Tuesday.
