Netcash debit order ****

Netcash places debit orders on my account under Cell C, and I have a standing debit order with Cell C for fibre, Cell C debit order goes through, and then a Netcash for Cell C for the same amount goes through? I am not sure who is getting enriched by this ****, but it seems Netcash is allowing and providing the means to do this.
