Am stressed and disappointed 😞

Am so broken with what NetcarePlus gap cover did to me, I have a shortfall of R1800 from the hospital but they rejected my claim, saying that their gap cover doesnt cover basic radiology without sending me a document/policy that explains that. Now am been handed over to attorneys because of this debts am so stressed on what to do.....what is the use of having a gap cover that won't cover your shortfall 💔
