Rude gynecologist

I was pregnant and delivered my baby in June. I have been going to a gynecologist named Dr Tlale from Netcare Waterfall. She never treated me with respect as she was always rude. She isn't acting professional and has poor work ethics. I ask her to sign 2 papers from labour and I was due to pay R75 in order for her to fill those papers and I did. The next day I called her office and her P.A and asked about my papers and she told that she's scared to ask her about them because she's gonna shout at her and say 'its not an emergency' so I decided to call her cell and asked about my papers, then she said signing the papers isn't an emergency and she doesn't like people calling her cell but she's the one that gave me her business card with those numbers. I also once went for a consultation and ran tests on me but I never received any results but later she told I should pay for the tests. Now I want to claim money from uif so I can also pay and to also feed my kids. But instead she doesn't want to help. I woke up early in the morning - went to labour then she sent me only one paper whereas I gave her to papers to fill, so I had to go back home cause I wasn't going to get help at labour. She's only been my gynecologist for 7months but had 3 different P. As already that's how bad she is with people. I've always thought she probably in a bad mood today 'cause maybe she's having a bad day but it went on and on and on. I wish i had changed to another gynecologist while I still could.
