DR TLALE S THE WORST OB&GYNA TO EVER PRACTISE,RUDE AND SO DISTASTEFUL TO SAY THE LEAST

Dr Tlale is by far one of the most rudest doctors I have ever come across, she doesn't handle patients with the utmost care and doesn't answer any question. She becomes defensive if you ask her a question. I had two incidents with her that made me question if this lady is even in the right profession, she should be working in prison (warder) or somewhere where you don't need to have empathy for your job. The first incident I had an appointment with her booked for 10:00 I arrived at her practice 09:55 when her PA wanted to let me in she was apparently still on a private call and I was told to wait in the waiting area. I was not feeling well that day and told the PA that I needed to use the bathroom ,then I came out of the bathroom at 10:02 AM and was told she had gone to the wards when she came back she said I took time in the bathroom and moved my appointment to 11:00 . As if that wasn't bad enough a few weeks later I asked for a referral letter as I had discovered that NETCARE wasn't part of my hospital plan, she sent the referral letter and charged me R294 for it of which I didn't mind I paid the amount and just yesterday I got a message to say I missed my appointment and my account will be charged, missed appointment how if this Dr had referred to me another Dr does that mean that I needed to call her practice and say I'm no longer doctors patient. Her PA's are just as *********** as she is because they lost my file which had my blood tests results which I paid R1700 for. Anybody looking for a gynaecologist please never in your life go to this DR as you will regret it ,she acts like she's practising on a pro bono basis and as if she wont charge you for the service.
