DR KJ TLALE: NETCARE WATERFALL HOSPITAL

Dr Tlale is incredibly unprofessional, rude and abnoxious.The manner in which she addressed me ,her choice of words and blatant disrespect for me as a person and a potential client offended me. I have never meant a Dr so rude in my life in a aprivate sector. When I called her to order regarding her tone and actions such as clapping her hands at me and pointing to the consultation room to "get on with it". I refused and told her I will not ve spoken to or treated that way. She repeatedly asked why I had to call and confirm and that I, and other patients are stressing her and creating unnecessary work for her. I told her it's not her job but her PA and she said I 'stress' her. She preceeded to ask me why my name is not on the file or why i have no file...im new how can i have a file? I would never recommend this woman to my worst enemy. I walked out of there without even consulting! Her behavior is appauling. She has the nerve to now blame everything on her non existent PA and sending me emails about her PA's incompetence! Worst doctor ever. I will be reporting her to HPCSA!
