Bad accounts handling

Dr must sort out her accounts department, and get professional people to help her because clearly she is not managing well. She has handed me over for the amount I had already paid last year, as if you can leave her rooms without paying. Forever changing receptionist who don't even know what's happening in that practice. You call and send emails with no response of which I take as undermining me, she must learn to treat her paying patients with respect.
