Worst service and terrible attitudes

From the 'case manager' Matshepo, with a very terrible attitude. Netcare has a nightmarish service I have ever come across. I unfortunately joined the netcare med scheme in June 2014, my son who was @the time on Gems, joined netcare August of the same year. I was told he won't be covered for 3months, despite being on medical aid all his life. Yesterday took him to a Paeds Dr, then got to pharmacy only to be informed that this sorry excuse of a medical aid isn't paying for my child's much needed medication. I had to foot the R722. I'm currently contributing 2k monthly. All they seem to be good for is covering over the counter pain tablets. This is the worst medical aid and I cannot wait to get out of it. It really has no regard for its clients, they are all about ******ing funds from the public.
