Urgent assistance to obtain authorization for a procedure, to help prevent an amputation of my foot

I am a known chronic diabetic patient I have been on this medical aid for 10 years .Due too circumstances i had to discontinue my medical aid.I have rejoined this year February as a dependent.in June I had sepsis to my foot. I desperately need an auth for operation. Several attempts and there was no luck ,due to a waiting period for diabetes.I had to attend public sector. My experience was very bad. I unfortunately am in the same situation again , needing a operation now , or having to have my foot amputated if I wait longer. I just asked to be given an auth to do the procedure urgently. I have been requested by medical aid send codes and a motivation letter. Which was the same process the first time,with no help. My history is known to this medical aid , why should I not be assisted and waiting for the waiting period to be over . can medical aid not approved authorisation to us patients who are genuinely needing the care, why should I go to a public sector.
