Unstable Man walking the halls.

There was a man walking the halls of the medical ward of Montana Netcare, he was constantly looking into my room i am a female and felt unsafe. He was unstable and i feel the situation was not handled correctly due to me asking the nurses constantly to assist, but the answer they gave was sorry mam we can't do anything about the situation.
