Unpaid hospital bill
<p>I gave birth at parklane clinic on the 25th October 2016. Today my husband got a phone call from BL collections saying the hospital claim was rejected and we should pay R29 350.08. I had authorisation for the hospital stay. Why did they not pay the bill..as usual I have to self administer this medical aid and waste my time and airtime sorting this out! Every single week there is a new issue with the administrators of Netcare Medical Scheme! I am so sick of dealing with this unnecessary stress!</p>
