Savings refund

<p>I ended my membership with Netcare medical aid at the end January 2017 as I could no longer afford the premiums. I had funds in my savings account of the medical aid and was told it would take 4 and a half months before funds would be refunded to me. I followed up and was told the refund would be paid on the 13th of June. I have not received my refund to date. Please can someone from Netcare respond to me as I can no longer sit on the phone with their call centre agents being sent from one agent to the next without being given a straight answer.</p>
