Savings not paid out on date stipulated

I sent an email to Netcare medical aid asking when my savings will be paid out after I terminated. The response was within 4 and half months of termination. I've contacted the call centre numerous times during the course of these months and they too have given me the same story, 4 and a half months. The 4 and a half months was yesterday (15 Oct2015) and Netcare still has not paid my savings! I have been on the phone with netcare call centre the entire day trying to find out why it was not paid out. Eventually the supervisor (Phuthi) informs me that they had a technical error and I have to wait for the end of the month for my payment. It is NOT my problem that you had an error, I have waited this long ridiculous time for my savings and when the date YOU set finally arrived, you did not do as you promised. My son has an op this weekend and my new medical aid does not have sufficient funds to cover it, I was relying on those savings! I never abused my medical aid in the 4 years I have been a member, what is the big hold up??? Pay me my savings please, and I refuse to wait till monthend!
