Poor service
Very poor service I have a netcare plus plan and paid my premiums every month. End August 2025 i had insufficiant funds in my account and Netcare send me an email. I rep**** and the send me link to pay via debit orde. I paid money went off and then i recieved and email again stating my police wiĺl be canceld due to non payment. I rep**** with proof of payment and all recieved in return was a nother link for payment. All the care about is payment no setvicr
