PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I saw Dr. A Kalaba on the 23/12/2014 I had to pay for the consultation. I however did obtain an authorization number for the visit. I was told by the lady that helped me with the authorisation that I can submit my receipts with my banking details via email. After two months I phoned the scheme to query about my reimbur*****t. I was told to re-send the email and the case will be escalated. A week later I got no response from them. I then emailed the complaint department on the 10/03/2015. Next day I received a reply from them with the pay out amount, but had to submit my banking details again. Yet I heard nothing. I phoned the scheme again about my payment on the 19/03/2015 and the lady said to me the pay out date on their system was scheduled for the 20/03/2015. STILL NO PAYMENT!! Is this the kind of service we get as hard working employees??? If this doesn't get resolved I will lay a complaint with the CMS.
