Non disclosure ****

If i could give zero stars i would! I understand about the shady people that get medical aid and lie on the non disclosure. But how if nothing has ever been diognosed by a health professional as you want this information when you disclose do you refuse to help for procedures that come up after the general waiting period is over??? And just to rub salt in the wound find nothing that wasn't disclosed but then it's too late as it takes almost a month of constant following up for a shred of feedback??meanwhile my husband is in so much pain and feels the need to hide things as he has lost faith in the healthcare system. Ive been working for netcare almost 10years not to mention how expensive it is to be under this medical scheme but then get second geussed and treated like a ******** when wanting a service!! Your service is pathetic,disappointing and disheartning. You just shrug and take our money and give us no reason to trust we are on a reliable medical aid. If something happens to my husband beacuse of your lack of proper communication or help i will not leave this here.
